Baguio beans
Ubod

Garlic
Aji Ginisa
Patis
Peanuts(crushed)
Lumpia Wrapper :
2 Eggs
Flour (diluted in water)
Water
Evaporated Milk
Sauce:
Brown sugar
Flour diluted in water
pork broth cubes
soy sauce
In a hot pan, saute onion, garlic and ground pork until pork is cooked, then put in the ubod until soft, mix the baguio beans, carrots then pour in the fish sauce and aji ginisa until you get the taste you wanted, mix in cabbage and singkamas, this is to make the vegetable mix crunchy.
After cooking the vegetables, do the fresh lumpia wrapper, by mixing the ingridients, this is also a bit tricky since you need to estimate the amount of your mixture to create a wrapper, the safest way to do it is to put everything in minimum amount then adjust according to it's texture. Texture should be a bit sticky and the mixture is a bit fluffy, and smooth. Then spray or just put a very small amount of cooking oil scattered all over the non stick pan, then pour in the mixture, and make a circle. Then removed it in a pan using a spatula.
Lumpia sauce, just dilute flour in a water then mix in brown sugar and the pork broth cubes at least two to really make it much tastier since flour might create an after taste, then soy sauce according to your taste.
In a wrapper, put in the lettuce, then the vegetable mix. wrap it and pour in the sauce and peanuts on top of it.
