Christmas 2014 : Mr. Christmas Tree is Up
For this year we set up our Christmas Tree early, first week of November just right after the Holloween Trick or Treat celebration, this is by special request of my 2nd child, she was the one very excited with the idea of putting up our Christmas Tree. This is our family tradition that we have to help each other in putting up the Christmas Tree, each one of us have our own responsibility and involvement, thus my hubby's only obligation is to carry our little kids in putting the star up on the Christmas Tree (which by the way a very challenging task since my kids are really kinda big!).
This start the spirit of Christmas in our home, the decoration are just fancy tradition but what makes this Christmas celebration special is because of our children who are making their own memories as they grow old, and we as parents have the big part of the make or break of those memories. As children of God we always remind them that it is not through gifts, fancy decorations, delicious meal that is on the table but before anything else it is the celebration of Jesus Christ our Saviour (though we do not know the exact date but at least it is nice that we have this season to celebrate), we always tell them that Jesus is the reason for the season.
Merry Christmas from our Family. God Bless!
