Recipe : Lumpiang Togue
I love serving veggies for my family, and also for their packed lunch at work and in school, I want to ensure balance diet for them. Lumpiang Togue nailed it! Let me share my recipe for a very affordable and delish baon that our family will surely enjoy!
Ingredients :
Togue
Carrots
Beans
Ground Pork
Onion
Garlic
Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Kintsay
Lumpia Wrapper
How to Cook :
1. Saute onion and garlic
2. Add in ground pork until cooked,
3. Add in togue,
4, Once togue is almost cooked add in carrots, beans and kintsay
5. Season with a pinch of soy sauce, salt and pepper.
6. Prepare the Lumpia Wrapper to wrap in the cooked togue
7. Deep Fry
Serve with vinegar, onion, garlic, salt and pepper for dip!
