Restaurant Review : Racks Restaurant

One rainy night, hubby and my 3 kids are looking for a restaurant where to eat who does not offer only Chicken for main dish, we choose Rack's since they also offer Ribs my hubby's favorite and Chicken for my kids, their favorite and pasta side dish for me since I do not eat rice.

We ordered the Good for 4 Meal which is the Southern Favorites, which includes Half Rack Classic Ribs, Half Southern Fried Chicken, Choice of 2 Large of Side Dishes, we chose Cheesy Macaroni and Pasta Salad and a Pitcher of Coke, wherein we replaced for a Pitcher of Iced Tea with no extra charge.

We ate in Racks Restaurant, Evia Lifestyle Center, Vista City, Daang Hari Road, the food was great and the ribs is boneless, while chicken is fried and crispy, same with the pasta they are tastefully done.

What only turns me off is the service, there was one time that all the crew was facing the kitchen bar, waiting for the food orders to deliver to each table, there were no crew assisting other customer needs. There were no warm welcome upon entering the resto. When we have to ask for something we need to look for a crew since they are not attentive to the customer needs.

I hope they get to improve their customer service, and they need to be more sensitive with the customer need, or they can assign receptionist to welcome customer upon entering their restaurant. Food overall is good, and their family meal is fully packed, nothing to complain.
