Recipe : Spare Ribs with Sauce




This is one of my hubby's favorite whenever we are in a restaurant he always order Fall off the bone baby back ribs or spare ribs so I was so eager to learn how to perfect this dish and I want to share it with you guys!

Ingredients:

Ribs

Sauce:
Onion
Garlic
Celery
Spring Onion
Barbeque Sauce
Tomato Sauce
Paprika
Lemon
Salt and Pepper

So simple just let the ribs boil until tender, then marinate it with the sauce by just simply mixing altogether, then let is stay for about an hour or 2 to let the sauce absorbed by the meat.

Then boil the ribs until sauce is thick, always remember to just put the heat in medium to low to cook evenly.

Serve best served with buttered potato or coleslaw as side dish.
