While we were in Pansol, Laguna there were stores selling Yema Cake, it caught our attention from the name itself it sounds enticing. We bought a box to taste it, since it is my daughter's birthday as well so just in time for the occasion.
One box costs 210php. It has a similar look or taste with inipit with yema as the filling, on top there is a creamy butter with a hint of yema for the icing of the yema cake. It is not too sweet, just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth craving.

DeleteThey have two branches. one is inside Pag-asa just beside St. Thomas School and the other one is near Daang Hari right before Circle Island, after Camella Subdivision..
