Food Recipe : Nilupak na Kamoteng Kahoy

Ingridients:

Kamoteng Kahoy
Butter
Condensed Milk
Sugar


Procedure :

1. Peel Kamoteng Kahoy then slice to cubes, then wash with running water

2. Boil Kamoteng Kahoy until texture is tender to mash

3. Mash Kamoteng Kahoy until fine enough, make sure to remove the thread like strand.

4. Mix in Butter, Sugar and Condensed Milk while mashing then put it in the container

5. Serve
