Preparation : Boracay 2015

We celebrated our youngest 2nd Birthday in an out of town trip and we chose Boracay, as we just want to Beach Bum the whole four days, nothing to do just lovin' the Beach Life!

A month before my husband and I have been very busy facilitating the Big Suprise to our kids, well this is the first time they will be riding a plane so we kept is secret to them the whole time where we are really going, all along they thought we are going to Pangasinan via Bus ride.

Things we processed before our vacation all listed and sorted out:

1. Flight Ticket :

We booked via Cebu Pacific, we got quite a good deal for our flight and we got the dates we wanted : March 20-23, 2015, and the time of the flight was so perfect so we booked it right away. I got rid of all our credit cards since I believe cash is still good so we paid our booking reservation via Cebuana Lhullier and in Bayad Center, why two because our youngest case , because our arrival date to Boracay she is just turning two years old that means we only have to pay 330php for her going to Boracay.  Going back to Manila is her Birthday (23-Mar-15) and that means we have to pay her in full, just like the adult price.  So we paid her separately getting same flight as we have. Now all done with our flight!!


2. Hotel Reservation :

We also have our 7year old daughter with me so we need to find a Hotel with a pool, and we booked in La Carmela Resort and Hotel, we also made a reservation via AsiaTravel online, we used debit card since this is the only way pay.  We are happy with the location and it comes with Breakfast Buffet, we paid half for my 7yr old daugther for 135php and for my 14year old eldest paid the full price for 270php. My kids love it and they had a blast, their pool is open from 9AM-9PM. We stayed in their pool located in the West Wing were there's not much crowd during night.

3. Airport Transfer Transportation :

AsiaTravel took care of our transportation via Southwest, it was all ok. I can not complain with their service, the bus, ferry and multi cab is always time. I love their service, we got the one which includes terminal and environmental fees.


4. Documents :

Printed Flight Itinerary, Hotel and Transfer Vouchers.
Photocopied my kids Birth Certificate and bring all Id's with us.

Now all set to go to our very first family vacation, we told our kids that we are just going to park our cark in the Airport Terminal, upon arriving they are amused by how big the plane up close.  We told them the big surprise that we were bound to Boracay. Their face brighten and they can not hide the excitement with the idea that they are riding a plane plus a ferry.

The surprise vacation was really a hit, and we are going to this again, maybe international vacation next time. God willing!
