2016: Gong Xi Fa Cai. Year of the Monkey

I worked in a Chinese owned company, and this season is really celebrated! Even if I am a Filipino employee among others  working with them, we enjoyed the generosity of this celebrated festive in their culture, one of those are the Ang Pao that we are getting from married chinese colleague. We also had a buffet of food, they have noodles that our Chinese bosses mix together for good luck.  Of course, Lion that danced  from one department to another! This is one of my favorite season of the year, everybody seems to be so generous, this is also the reason why they are always blessed!

We may have cultural difference and language barrier but we always have team work and what I love most about working with them is there are less drama. Since we do not understand each that much so there are no issue, if there is something we do not like we straight away discuss it in a meeting or talk directly to the concern person rather than talking behind their back, and almost everyday got free food and or starbucks treat from our boss!!
