2015: Christmas Celebration Menu

I want to share the menu we had during our Noche Buena:

Pork Asado
Pork Rib Toast
Fresh Vegetable Salad :
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Purple Cabbage
Fries Beans
Potato
Carrots
Cheese
Lite Mayo

Turbo Broiled Chicken
Spaghetti
Fruit Salad
Pork Stir Fry with Brocolli

We had our dinner with our in laws, we just came from Baguio and since cooking for me is as easy as 1,2,3 I was able to finish it in just a jiffy of course with the help of my house angel.

After done preparing for the food, we brought the cooked food in our inlaws place.  We have this tradition that before we eat dinner we have a devotion and fellowship, my dad in law will get a bible verse that we will discuss and reflect.  This is also to remind us that after all the celebration, partying, exchange gifts, it is always best to thank God for the reason of the season and that is we are celebrating God's goodness for giving his only begotten son (John 3:16)

On Christmas Day, we opted not to go out since we all know the traffic outside and we want to spare ourself from that and since we just came from Baguio so we stayed at home and watched movie.

From my family, we are wishing you Merry Christmas!!
