Our Own Place : Renovation Plan

When we moved it to our house last 2011, we acquired from Pag-ibig it was a bungalow house, bare type kind of house just perfect for any renovation plans we have on mind, but we have to pass the "plans" for the meantime as we would want to focus on moving in first so we have just hired a contractor to help us out with the basic parts of our house, such as ceiling, house division, kitchen extension, garage slabbing and gate installation,  Our house have a small floor are of 35sqm (without the extension yet) but our Lot area is at 145sqm, this is one the reason I like about the bungalow house, you may renovate it without having to worry and the lot area of the place that we got was just so perfect for my family and plus the garage, where my kids can play and run, we can set our inflatable pool and have our barbeque grill hang out at times.

Fast forward 2015, we feel the need to improve and renovate our place since we are a growing family, when I say growing this also means we are getting bigger and when small area wouldn't be enough for us.  My huisband and I then decided to start planning for our upcoming renovation, this will be a big decision for us since it will have to mean adjustment with our finances, but God have already showed us that He is a good provider then why should we fear?

Just a glimpse of the house plan below but not yet final since we wanted our roofdeck to be on the front side that will also serve as a roof to our garage, the house plan design that we are deciding is to be conducive for our kids to bring friends and have their projects done, this is to refrain them from sleeping over to other friend's place (haha, so advance right!!)

There are still a lot need to be changed though, but what it is important is we started to plan the beginning.
