December 2016 : Holiday Week Adventures

Since we are in holiday mode, and aside from the fact that we know that traffic in Manila area is managable, our family #kupunangcatimpipay took advantage to explore the Mega Manila Area:

First Stop :

This is not the first time we were here, this is the place where we celebrated my eldest 6th grade graduation, but this place was not fully open at that time (2012) so we want to revisit the place as it looks, we were really not sure if it ok to go that time since there was a typhoon in Cavite, but then our kids were already excited so we headed to Venice Piazza. Lo and Behold that there was no rain in Manila, it was only in the south part who is experiencing rain during that day and we were in the mall for only 30minutes travel..

So a lot of photo ops happened, every corner of it was a well decorated place, it was like a bit of Evia (mall along Daang Hari) where in when you get there you feel that you are totally in a different place.

Second Stop :

Tagaytay for a night bunch of fries, the girls of young people of our church who never misses a holiday to  sleep over in our place, and since we promised them that we will let them experience the road-trip-without-a-plan, we had an unplanned road trip of course with their parents approval.

We left the house at 9PM, arrived in McDonalds Tagaytay Taal at around 10PM, we had a bunch of fries, burger, hot choco and coffee and whole lot of groupfie lovin' the fresh air of Tagaytay!

Third Stop :

Mall of Asia, last year we watched Disney on Ice in Araneta Cubao, my kids was estatic to watch the show as much me and my husband super enjoyed the play, where Princess and Prince come alive! Not to mention all the effects and the ice skating dance that will surely wow all the audience in all ages.

This year, hubby and I surprised our kids again to watch Disney On Ice in SM MOA Arena.  We arrived SM MOA at around 3PM, we bought tickes for the 7PM show, we normally watch Disney On Ice less our house angel, as we want to let our kids remember this event strictly for our family activity.  While waiting for the show we roam around to explore SM MOA this is not the first time our family visited the mall but everytime we are here in SM MOA we always stay by the bay or eat at the restaurant along the bayside.  We had our early dinner and take photos inside the mall with their attractive Christmas Decorations!

This is the first time that Disney On Ice will be changing it's location (as I know), and I can say that there were a lot of Disney Movies was potrayed this time but for me the effects and props were too limited (compared to last year in Araneta), the effects were just limited to lights and nothing more.  They focused more on Disney Movie - Frozen who was the longest and last to perform.

Well, when we went our of the arena, my youngest was singing aloud Let it Go, and she kept saying to everyone she meet that she is Elsa, the crowd along with us agreed! haha

This 2016 Holiday is full packed and so much fun, in between we also have fellowships with our churchmates and pastors where we do potbless, stayed in one of churchmates family house and do a lot of bonding.
