Recipe : Chicken Sotanghon Soup
I am thinking of what to cook, as I checked our pantry I saw a pack of Sotanghon it was long ago when my Mom in law gave it to me when they were on a vacation, so I thought of cooking Chicken Sotanghon Soup the best pair for my Fried Lumpiang Shanghai.
Celery or Kintsay
Carrots (strips sliced)
Place the sotanghon in water to soften.
Boil chicken breast in a pot, once cookied put on onion, garlic and kintsay, carrots. Then sotanghon, season with pepper and fish sauce, you may also want to add chicken bouillon.
Make sure sotanghon already cooked then serve while hot!
