KENIPO RESORT. Our new Tagaytay getaway!!!.

We left the house at around 11:15pm of Nov 20 2011.  All packed up and ready for Tagaytay - Kenipo.  We're virtually clueless about this spot.  All that we know about it is - it's nice and cheap.
So, made a stop at Petron gas station in Molino, loaded up 600p xcs for gas.  By the way, we're from Molino, Bacoor, so, 600p for is more than enough for the trip it's about 11 liters.

Anyway, we took the Paliparan route this time, we normally take the Daang Hari extension exit to Aguinaldo Highway whenever we go to Tagaytay.

I was driving literally sleepy, was all tired and busted for the day after all the festivities for my party.  I tell you I feel like floating in air, it's not right I know but it's all good, wife kept awake with me enroute.  But don't try it.

We made a stopover at the famous 7/11 onestop shop there at the rotonda at around 12:30am.  Grabbed something to bite and coffee to go.  We got to Kenipo Tagaytay at around 1am.

I was really amazed and surprised that the place actually looks good as advertised.  We got the family room for p2000 good for 12 hrs.  Free use of everything!  WIFI, POOL, GAS STOVE and cable!  The room was very homey as it was very comfortable and neatly arranged.

There's two double beds in the room, a couch and seats in the mini "sala" also included in the room package, a sink, a CR, two TV's and a fan.  NOT BAD FOR 2k!  Not bad at all!  The place was very friendly for kids too.

There's this small walkway that looks like a mini passage to a garden.  The facade was simple yet pleasant.  Place is a perfect hideaway for minimalist people like myself.  So relaxing and serene.

For breakfast, we went off to Mahogany Market to buy a couple of dishes -  ampalaya, labong, pork adobo and the yummy espasol.  Then went back to the place, since we left our kids there to enjoy the pool.

The pool was small but is all good for a little family bonding, splashes here and there.  It was worth it all.

You can bring your own food, you can even cook there if you want.  I borrowed a caserolle to heat up the food we brought with us from my party.

We're planning of coming back to Kenipo soon.  In fact, I'm already building up the idea with my officemates for a team building event.
