God's Message : Giving the Macedonian Way!

Bible Verses :

Malachias 3:10
2 Cor 8: 1-2
Luke 6:38

Question: Is it right to give tithes which is the 10% of your earnings back to the Lord?

Answer : Yes, God gave us first, before we give back to God.

He gives :

Generously
Sacrificially (God gave us his only begotten Son)
Consistently

Reasons why we need to give back to the Lord

Giving was commanded by God
So there may be food in the house (church needs)
Giving is a way to show that we are grateful to the Lord
God wants to bless you.

Phil 4:17  Not because I desire fruit they may abound to your account

Phil 4:19  But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Jesus Christ our Lord.


God promised us three (3) things when we give back:

Gid has promised to supply us
God is aware of our needs
God attends to our needs by supplying us his richness.
