We bought a house in a pre selling subdivision last April of 2009 in Summer Pointe Country Homes , where we got in a very good price since it was a preselling. I can say this is the best decision we ever made, getting the house where we can see ourselves retiring.



In buying a house and lot, really need to make a checklists of what you really want, this is to ensure that you have covered everything you consider before getting the unit kasi lifetime investment ito, at once you move in, you will have to see yourself staying in that same house when you retire.


We got our house 2009, then only move in this year- 2011, dami namin pinagdaanan andun muntik na kaming maloko ng broker namin(Golden Dragon), buti nasagot kami ng agent namin sa mga binayad namin na M/A so natuloy pa rin, mga updating ng requirements kasi dapat monthly nagsusubmit na payslip, mga Pag-ibig contributions,etc, pagpili ng location kasi minsan may mga units na reserve mo na pero nakuha na pala ng ibang agents so may mga times na pipili ulit ng unit mo, we are just blessed talagang closely monitored ng agent namin ang unit na nakuha namin kaya kahit may dispute kami sa broker namin at pending ang payments namin naka reserve pa rin ang unit namin kahit maraming nagkakainterest (end unit kasi with free excess lot).


Then even ginagawa na ang house namin at nagawa na, may mga dapat ka pa ipaayos kasi may mga bagay na hindi pulido ang gawa, so almost every week we visit our house developement. At ang pinaka challenging is ang house improvement since bare ang house namin nagpaimprove kami at ang materials and labor dapat within the budget para malipatan na we have our house extended na rin kaya lumaki, then the slabbing of the entire garage. We are also hands on sa mga application ng connections like Meralco and Water. 


The very day na lumipat kami sa house namin is very fulfilling and achieve na achieve talaga ang lahat ng pinagdaanan namin are all worth it! God is all the way with us when we are on the process kasi without the Lord's guidance, together with me and my husband teamwork everything will not really be possible. 


So hindi pa rin tapos kasi on the process pa rin ang monthly payment ng MA para tuluyan na maging amin na talaga ang house.
