The Zone : Badminton Court
I already blogged how I am struggling towards loosing weight, one of my workout includes Badminton, we usually play Badminton at the The Zone located in Bel-Air Makati, near at the back Pag-ibig Building. Below are the brief information about the court:
Rates :
100php - from 6AM - 5PM unlimited
250php - from 5PM onwards
If you do not have a racket and shuttle cock of your own.
50php - per hour (regardless of time)
60php - per piece
The place is well maintained less the rat I just saw passed by the canteen area, you can feel the heat when inside the court which is good to add more sweats and burning calories, the locker room/cr/shower room are airconditioned, and well ventilated, just be careful since the floor are slippery inside the shower room.
Bring your own toiletries/hygiene stuff, so you can have a shower after work out and be refreshed.
Be healthy, indulge into sports!!!
